MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

In order to use our food pantry you must have an appointment. Each week we are seeing an increase in new clients so the sooner you make your reservation the better. Reservations may be made up to a month in advance.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

The best way is to submit a pick-up request for our food pantry using one of our two online order forms (works on smart phone or computer). It is very important that you provide accurate information. You must complete all required fields. We will use this information to prepare your order and to contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Existing Clients with a Food Pantry Card (Click Here)
To complete the online form you will need to know your Table of Hope Food Pantry Card Number (written in ink on your pantry card).

New Clients (Click Here)
If you have never been to the pantry (or it's been more than several years) you will need to sign-up as a New Client. To complete the online form for new clients you will need to be prepared to upload the following documents:

If you are unable to use the online forms, you can make an appointment by calling us at (316) 267-1852 (option 2). It is preferrable that you call on Mondays between (9 am and 2:00 pm) when volunteers are available to take your calls. If we do not answer the phone leave a clear and detailed message and we will call you back as soon as someone is available.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • We are open from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm most Tuesdays
  • The first appointment is at 9:00 am and the the last appointment is at 2:30 pm
  • We are closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
  • We may close early or change appointment availability at our discretion - this is why appointments are so important! We always do our best to make times available for you. Food pantry volunteers stand and work outside to serve you so weather has a big impact on our ability to operate. Extremely hot or cold days or other inclement weather events  will likely result in reduced appointment availability.
  • Appointments are scheduled every thirty minutes (So for example if your appointment is at 11:00 am, you would have between 11:00 and 11:30 am to arrive)
  • Please arrive at your scheduled time. It takes a great deal of preparation to have each of our food orders ready to go on time. When people arrive too early often times their order forms have not been sent down into the service area and we haven't prepared your box yet. This means the entire line of people who have come at their scheduled time have to wait while we locate your paperwork and process your order. We can serve people more efficiently if people arrive at their scheduled time.
  • If you can't make your scheduled time and need to reschedule give us a call at (316) 267-1852 (option 2) and let us know. If you filled out an online form you don't need to create a new order, just call.
